The On The Rocks Collection was a new adventure for us. Our vision was to recreate five common alcoholic drinks. While none of these chocolate creations contain any alcohol, we feel we have captured the essence of each drink. These solid 54% dark chocolates offer a layered experience designed with an initial upfront flavor, pure chocolate in the middle and finishing with a residual flavor that lingers on the palate. Each hand boxed collection contains both a tasting guide and color-coded flavor guide.

• Rum and Cola. Most everyone has tried rum and cola, but few have tried it like this.  Our chocolate perfectly balances out the sweetness of the cola and the bite of the rum.  How we mimic the tastes without the alcohol is our secret!
• Pina Colada.  This is one of those classic drinks that has inspired a song or two in its day.  We skipped the rum and just added all the fruits to give you our take of an old favorite.
• Amaretto.   Amaretto is an almond liqueur made from the kernels of apricots. They give amaretto its unique aroma, making it easy to duplicate the taste without the alcohol.
• Orange Cognac.  The flavor was inspired by a traditional “Grand” liqueur. With the smooth taste profile of the after-dinner favorite, this will be the first choice of many!
• Butterscotch Brandy.  Brandy, by definition, is any spirit made from distilled grape wine.  Here we added a kiss of butterscotch and mimicked that popular brandy bite.
