• Each box of Spice Rack Chocolates includes a color guide as well as this tasting guide.
  
• Quality chocolate is meant to be hard, with a nice crisp snap as you bite. Since our chocolates are all solid we recommend you eat the entire piece at one time.  
  
• Eat the entire piece at one time - let the chocolate slowly melt in your mouth.  You will notice the first flavor right away and when the chocolate is almost completely gone, you will experience the next layer of flavor. Cleanse your palate - it is hard to taste the finer points of one chocolate when you still taste the last one. Have a small bite of a cracker between each one to give you a fresh start
