Talk about a labor of love. It takes four days to complete these special treats. The process starts with peeling and cutting orange rinds into thin strips. After bathing slowly in hot sugar water, they are dried and sent to be dressed in smooth dark  chocolate.  Each package is 3 oz (about 6-8 strips) and worth every minute of it.
