What are Spice Rack Chocolates?  
Our Signature product line of boxed chocolates consists of solid 54% cacao dark chocolates infused with herbs, spices, coffees, teas and peppers. Each of our chocolates is a layered experience designed with an initial upfront flavor, pure chocolate in the middle and then a residual flavor lingering on the palate. We currently produce 29 different flavor combinations of these specialty boxed chocolates. All of these chocolates are hand-molded and hand-painted with colored cocoa butter so no two chocolates are ever the same. Each piece is 9 to 11 grams of solid chocolate, which recent research has shown to be full of antioxidants and flavanols. There is no milk in our infused chocolates. However, They are produced in a facility that has peanuts present. We are vegan certified, vegetarian, and gluten-free.

In addition to our boxed chocolate line,  we have a line of chocolate covered treats. These include both milk and dark chocolate, and are available in eight different varieties.  

What makes Spice Rack Chocolates different?

We start with only the finest Belgian chocolate and infuse the actual herbs, spices, coffees and teas into our chocolate. We don’t believe in using herbal extracts or chili oils for our chocolates. Part of that perfect balance in each creation is the way the real herbs and spices age, bringing their true characteristics to life. In addition, we do almost everything by hand from grinding the herbs, to boxing the chocolates. 

 We started producing artisan chocolates in 2006. Our family owned and operated business is based on one simple rule. Quality over quantity.
